What is a Google review link?
It’s a web address that opens the “write a review” form for your business directly, so customers don’t have to search for you on Google Maps and find the button. It works on phones and computers. The customer needs to be signed in to a Google account to post.
Where to use it
- In follow-up emails and texts after a visit.
- On receipts and invoices, as a QR code.
- On a counter sign or table tent.
- In your email signature.
Share it with every customer, not only happy ones, and never offer anything in return. Those are Google’s rules.
